Felisa “Lisa” Stewart, military brat and only child, was born in Macon, GA. Following in her father’s footsteps, she became a US Marine in 1997. Although Marines have a reputation of being rough and tough, to the contrary, Lisa is a pure natural at lighting up the room and making people happy.

How Lisa became everyone’s favorite bartender started when a friend told her that she had the perfect personality for it. Lisa looked into schools and found ABC Bartending School in Marietta, GA. In 1997, before she deployed, Lisa graduated with a Bartending Degree and has been serving spirts, wines, and cocktails since.

Lisa eventually launched Top Shelf Beverage Service in 2005, bartending at many local clubs, bar and grills and private events. While bartending, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Masters in Business Administration. Lisa has worked successfully in corporate settings, but nothing gives her more pleasure than seeing that Happy Customer on the other side of the bar!

With 25+ years under her belt, Lisa has expanded her brand to include a staff of bartenders and servers to accommodate the increasing demand for Top Shelf Beverage Service. Lisa resides in the Metropolitan Atlanta area with her pit bull, Deuce.

"Although there are several aspects to being a good bartender, I believe the most important attributes are: being very attentive to details and having a pleasant attitude. Other qualities include knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails, as well as the skills of mixology. However, a bartender may not know the recipe for every cocktail, but if your attitude is pleasant and you put forth a genuine effort, then you can still make the guest fall in love with you."  -Lisa, Mixologist
